How to calculate your home inspection prices?

Condos and townhomes:
0-1000 sqft                $190.00 
1001-2000 sq. ft.        $210.00                                                                   
2100-3000 sq. ft.         $225.00
3001-4000 sq. ft.         $250.00

Single family homes:
 Up to 1,200 sqft          $250.00
 1,201 to 2000  sqft      $275.00
 2001 to 2,500 sqft       $295.00
 2501 to 3000 sqft        $305.00
 3001 to 3500 sqft        $325.00

 3501 to 4000 sqft        $350.00
 4000 to 4500 sqft        $380.00
